Pets are limited to a maximum 99 lbs. weight limit and a maximum of 3 pets per apartment. Resident agrees to pay the required animal deposit of $250 or Deposit IQ non-refundable fee for deposit alternative: 1 or 2 pets the DIQ fee is $87.50 and for 3 pets the DIQ fee is $175. In addition, a pet fee in the amount of $250 per pet will be charged and is due with the pet deposit. Pet rent in the amount of $20 per pet will be charged and added to your monthly rent. Breed restrictions apply.
